# We Love Our Community Because… Stories From the Dentist Job Connect Team

At Dentist Job Connect, connection is more than what we do, it’s why we show up every day.

This Valentine’s Day, our team wanted to share why this community means so much to us, and some of our favorite moments helping practice owners and associate dentists find the ***RIGHT*** fit. Behind every match is a story: a conversation, a concern voiced, a value clarified, a moment of trust.

Here’s why our team loves the Dentist Job Connect community, and the connections we’re lucky enough to help foster.

*“I love our community because I get to be part of real stories-hearing the ‘why’ behind someone needing an associate, then seeing that turn into the right match is so rewarding. Our job seekers are motivated, our practice owners want to grow, and there’s nothing better than meeting people at events who tell us we helped them find the perfect fit.”***
** — Morgan Rake, National Account Manager

*“One of my favorite experiences was helping a final-year dental student, who thought it was too early to be applying to jobs, navigate their job search and apply to practices with confidence. They got several interviews!”***
** — Maheer, Success Coordinator

*“What truly stands out about our community is the level of kindness and determination among individuals in the dental industry. As a marketing manager, I have a unique perspective working at Dentist Job Connect because I get to witness so many success stories: from practice owners to job seekers. I also spend a lot of time connecting with dental students. My favorite part of this work is building relationships and getting to witness people’s growth as they enter new chapters of their dental careers! Whether it’s someone I’ve spoken with since D3 who’s now matching with their dream residency, or an associate who found a practice through us and is genuinely loving it. Everyone is incredibly supportive, and it’s inspiring to watch people achieve what they set out to do.”*

— Hailey Eisen, Marketing Manager

*“I love hearing follow-ups months later—when a practice owner mentions that they hired an associate they found in our resume database.”
* — Alex Glider, Account Manager

*“My favorite connections are the ones where a practice owner who was once stressed works hard with our team to find the right associate!”
* — Kate Worth, Director of Sales

As a team, we love this community because we’re real people who really care about your success. We take the time to build one-on-one relationships, ask thoughtful questions, and make sure every connection is rooted in quality and the ***RIGHT*** fit. Even after a hire is made, the relationship doesn’t end. We stay invested, excited to check in, reconnect down the road, and cheer on the practices and associates we’ve helped bring together.

The stories shared throughout this blog are small snapshots of the connections we’re proud to support every day. They’re reminders that great dentistry starts with strong relationships and that when people feel aligned, supported, and heard, everyone wins.🦷

If you’re thinking about hiring an associate dentist—or wondering if your current associate is truly the ***RIGHT*** fit—we’re here to help.
