This particular happily ever after starts with our fabulous Dentist Job Connect sales team, who helped multiple practice owner Dr. Arrash Ahmadnia post a listing for his practice, Access Dental. Soon after, Dr. Brandon Labe applied to the listing and it was a match made in dental heaven!    When asked about his experience using Dentist Job Connect to find his dream associate position, Dr. Labe said, “I was looking for an opportunity to enhance my clinical skills, particularly surgery and aesthetics. I also wanted an associateship with good team culture and the chance to have more freedom/flexibility to do what I wanted procedure-wise. I started looking early; I began my job search as a D3 (2021) as I was hoping to go back to California. I realized early on that California was not a great place for new dentists and Dentist Job Connect was great for expanding my search to other areas.    It's been an easy transition joining the Access Dental team. Dr. Ahmandia is a great resource and has amazing systems in place that make it easy to produce and succeed right out of the gate as a new grad.    As for Dentist Job Connect, I absolutely would recommend it. If you're looking for the best associateships and are location flexible, there are a ton of good job opportunities on Dentist Job Connect. The website is easy to use and I like how you can search for jobs based on location and income.”   Of course, the process looks a bit different if you are a dental practice owner. Here’s what Dr. Ahmadnia had to say about his experience using Dentist Job Connect to hire a new dental associate:   “Dentist Job Connect has been a fantastic resource for me and my company, Access Dental Services. Especially since we are in Southwest Missouri, it is not a place that we’ve easily been able to recruit, but over the last three years, we have a total of 4 doctors that we have coming onboard as well as 4 more that we’re interviewing right now. That’s not bad for 8 doctors in 3 years when, before Dentist Job Connect, it would have taken us 2 years to find 1.”   Whether you are a dentist ready for an awesome associate job or a practice owner looking for that perfect sanity-saving associate, Dentist Job Connect has your back. Reach out to us today if you are ready for your own happily ever dental after and we will wave our magic wand to grant your wish! ###### Related News Articles [![](https://blog.dentistjobconnect.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202024-09-03%20at%203.02.02%20PM.png?width=624&height=427&name=Screenshot%202024-09-03%20at%203.02.02%20PM.png) ](https://blog.dentistjobconnect.com/dentist-job-connect-secrets-you-might-not-know) [Practice Management](https://blog.dentistjobconnect.com/tag/practice-management), [Professional Development](https://blog.dentistjobconnect.com/tag/professional-development), [practice owner](https://blog.dentistjobconnect.com/tag/practice-owner), [associate dentist](https://blog.dentistjobconnect.com/tag/associate-dentist) #### [Dentist Job Connect Secrets You Might Not Know](https://blog.dentistjobconnect.com/dentist-job-connect-secrets-you-might-not-know) When it comes to Dentist Job Connect, you may have found us through a fellow dentist or maybe one...
