Every job posting, webinar, and resource we create to support practice owners and job seekers has ONE special thing in common – a passionate team member behind it, working hard to bring the mission of Dentist Job Connect to life. To help you connect with the faces behind the scenes, each of our team members has shared a bit about themselves.

Meet Kate Worth, our fantastic Director of Sales. Kate is not only a supermom who loves cheering on her kids at their sporting events. She also recently became a proud dog mom to her adopted pups, SnoopDog and Mr. Rasta! Kate loves being a part of the Dentist Job Connect team because “We push each other and continue to grow month after month. You rarely have the opportunity to help grow a business that was created purely to help others in the profession. It is very rewarding”. 

Next up, we’re excited to introduce one of our National Account Managers, Morgan Rake! Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, Morgan grew up alongside her two sisters before making the move to California. She loves running, summer happy hours, and hanging with friends. Recently, Morgan has been training to accomplish her incredible goal of completing a half marathon! Morgan feels that one of the most rewarding parts of working at Dentist Job Connect is helping create positive success stories! “I love connecting with both practice owners and associate dentists throughout their journey”. 

Meet Kevin Salas Beretta, an Account Manager at Dentist Job Connect! Kevin is from Lima, Peru which has influenced his deep appreciation for the beach and vibrant Peruvian food scene. When he’s not working, you can often find him playing soccer or enjoying a peaceful walk around the city. Kevin’s favorite aspect of working at Dentist Job Connect is the team. "Everyone is genuinely kind, helpful, and supportive. It truly makes the workplace feel like a close-knit community," he shares. Kevin is also passionate about connecting with our job seekers and helping them find the right dental positions. "It’s rewarding to know that I’m making a real difference in someone’s career."

Next up, meet Hailey Eisen – Dentist Job Connect’s Social Media and Marketing Coordinator! Hailey’s favorite part of her role is that “It’s the perfect blend of creativity and strategy. I’m also incredibly grateful to be surrounded by a team of driven and compassionate individuals. When everyone is united by the same mission—to connect practice owners with associate dentists and improve the dental industry—it makes every day at work an inspiring experience.” Outside of work, Hailey continues to lean into creativity as a sense of fulfillment. She has her own videography and photography business, and she has two published poetry books. Her weekends are filled with books, friends, family, and strolls through Rittenhouse Square with her favorite furry companion Nova, and Corepower sculpt classes.  

Duaa Khan, our talented project coordinator, is also an amazing dentist! Celebrating over three years with DJC, Duaa values the company's collaborative culture, where she feels every voice is heard. Her unique background as a dentist provides her with a different perspective while connecting with practice owners and job seekers. Adding to her unique experience, Duaa grew up in the capital of Pakistan as an army kid. Her family’s frequent moves sparked her lifelong passion for travel. When she’s not working, she loves cooking, baking, and spending quality time with friends and family. Speaking of family…Duaa is currently on maternity leave and embarking on an exciting new chapter in her life. The entire Dentist Job Connect family couldn’t be happier for her!

Meet Saad Mughal, one of our dedicated Sales Lead Coordinators! Saad grew up in Dubai before moving to Islamabad—the capital of Pakistan—where he now lives. His childhood abroad surrounded him with friends from all over the world, something that shaped his openness, curiosity, and natural ability to connect with people from different backgrounds. At work, Saad plays a key role in supporting the sales team by filtering leads, identifying warm opportunities, and helping his teammates focus on the conversations that matter most. “I love being part of a team where everyone relies on each other. Helping people, whether it’s colleagues or clients, is something that genuinely motivates me,” he shares. Outside of work, Saad enjoys traveling across Pakistan to explore nature, playing basketball—a sport he once captained in high school—and spending time with his close friends, a weekly ritual he never misses. He’s also a proud cat owner, and fun fact: his cat is deaf, which only makes their bond more special. Saad is known among his friends as the reliable one, always ready to show up and help when it matters.

We are thrilled to introduce Maheer Irshad, who recently joined the Dentist Job Connect team as a Success Coordinator! Maheer enjoys the process of connecting with job seekers. “A large part of my role is understanding their needs and being able to guide them toward the right opportunities,” she states. When it comes to being a part of the Dentist Job Connect team, Maheer says her favorite part is the energy of team meetings! “Meetings never get boring! Everyone is super lovely, and it’s a great space to learn. Through this opportunity, I am picking up new skills and sharpening old ones”. Maheer grew up in Lahore, Pakistan, a vibrant city filled with history and a phenomenal food scene! In her free time, she enjoys game nights with friends and family, or spending time with her cat Bhaskar and dog Misty. Maheer also loves trying new cuisines, traveling, skincare, and makeup!

Meet Farheen Nawaz, our Marketing Assistant at Dentist Job Connect! Farheen helps the marketing team by creating social posts, managing assets, and keeping everything on schedule. She loves being part of the team because “The culture here is incredible, everyone truly supports each other, and teamwork is at the heart of everything we do.” Outside of work, Farheen enjoys watching movies and is a huge Timothée Chalamet fan!

Meet Jill Ruggieri, one of our exceptional National Account Managers! Her unique experience growing up in a dental family has fueled a deep passion for her role and the work she does.Growing up in a dental family and being a healthcare provider myself (as a physical therapist) has given me a true understanding of what an invaluable experience it is for both the owner and the job seeker to be part of the right environment. I truly enjoy facilitating that process for both sides." When Jill isn’t learning about great associate positions across the U.S. for the Dentist Job Connect community and job seeker clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. “We live an active lifestyle, spending time outdoors and at the shore! Cooking new recipes, making handmade accessories for my small jewelry business, and spending time with family are some of the things I enjoy the most.”

Next up is our amazing and irreplaceable Director of Operations, Amanda Bukoski! Raised in central New Jersey within her large Italian family, Amanda brings dedication to everything she does.  Outside of work, she loves exploring Philadelphia with her 3-year-old and husband, baking delicious sourdough bread, and dining at the city’s best restaurants. A hardworking and devoted mom, Amanda strives to take extra time for herself whenever possible. When it comes to Dentist Job Connect, Amanda loves the idea of solving a problem in the dental profession and has enjoyed being able to watch the company grow from the ground up! “My favorite part of working at Dentist Job Connect is being able to see the growth from conception of the company to now. Watching our team and the company grow together has been unbelievable and so rewarding. I can’t wait to see what the next few years bring!”.

Recently, Alex Glider joined our team as an Account Manager! When asked what his favorite part about working at Dentist Job Connect is, Alex said  “In my life, I’ve benefited a lot from quality dental care, so I find it really rewarding to be involved in the process that brings associate dentists and practice owners together. In doing so, we contribute by supporting them in providing that same care to people and communities across the country,”.  Alex grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He has a younger brother who is seven years younger than him, with whom he shares the same birthday! In his free time, Alex enjoys reading and has a particular fondness for the Game of Thrones book series, which he enjoyed long before it was adapted into a television show.

We’re excited to introduce Mike Weber! He grew up right outside of Philly and recently moved back to Langhorne, PA, after spending a decade in the city. Family is super important to Mike – he's one of four siblings! He's loving being back in Langhorne, especially as the "Fun Uncle" to his 11 nieces and nephews. He even coaches three of his nephews' baseball teams, sharing some wisdom from his "glory days" as a college centerfielder. When he's not on the field, Mike enjoys running, catching live concerts and stand-up comedy, and skydiving. He's actually aiming for his solo jump certification next year! With 13 years in the dental industry, Mike is now an Account Manager at Dentist Job Connect. He's got a solid background in helping dentists, specialists, multi-location practices, and DSOs embrace new tech to grow. As a long-time member of the Dental Nachos group, Mike really gets how crucial it is to find the right associate for dental practices. He believes that Dentist Job Connect, thanks to its connection with the Dental Nachos platform, will really max out the chances of connecting practices with motivated and engaged dental pros. Mike is pumped to be part of Dentist Job Connect, continuing his passion for helping both dental practices and associate candidates hit their personal and professional growth goals through the DJC platform.

Introducing Samantha Casper, an exceptional National Account Manager! Samantha is thrilled to be part of the Dentist Job Connect sales team, where she finds joy in connecting with practices and practice owners who can benefit from our services. "Every day here presents a new opportunity for growth. I’m constantly learning, and I truly enjoy the connections this role allows me to make.” Outside of work, Samantha is a devoted mom to Charley and Brooks, as well as her beagle mix, Theodore. She recently returned to Cherry Hill, New Jersey—where she grew up—after spending 20 years away, and now, she never wants to leave. When she's not spending quality time with her family, Samantha enjoys running, playing tennis, lifting weights, and getting into a great TV series.

Another new addition to the team is Ron Reed as the Director of Marketing for Dental Nachos & Dentist Job Connect. Ron brings nearly 25 years of executive leadership experience in marketing, development and operations specifically for high-growth focused SMBs. Over the last 20 years, he’s led and executed an ever-increasing range of cross-channel digital marketing strategies serving diverse audiences and business models. We’re as excited to have him as he is to be joining the team. “Over the course of decades, I’ve learned to recognize uniquely special environments. What ‘Dr. & Mrs Nacho’ and the entire team has built here is exactly that – unique and very special.”

We can't forget about our awesome head of marketing, Mary Goodman, also known as Mrs. Nacho! Mary is co-founder and Chief Marketing Director of Dentist Job Connect. One of Mary’s favorite parts of her role is fostering community. “It’s been so enriching to get to know so many of the dentists and dental professionals within the community online. I’ve met so many incredible individuals in person and developed real friendships! There are people I have met through Dental Nachos, our sister company to Dentist Job Connect, who I know I can go to for advice or support”, Mary states. “It’s also been exciting helping to turn something that started as a fun idea to bring the community into dentistry into a powerful force that helps dentists live happier, less stressful lives”. As a former kindergarten teacher, Mary brings boundless creativity and a fresh perspective to everything she does. Outside of work, you can find Mary capturing clients through portrait photography and exploring Philly with her daughters, her husband Paul and their goldendoodle, Tilly.

Drumroll, please! Last, but certainly not least, is the extraordinary Dr. Paul (Nacho) Goodman. As the CEO and founder of Dentist Job Connect, Dr. Goodman is deeply committed to supporting the dental community. As a multi-practice owner and practicing dentist in central NJ, Dr. Goodman recognized a critical need for greater community and connection within the dental profession. This insight led him to establish Dental Nachos, a community group designed to bring dentists together. In much the same way, Dr. Goodman identified the need for a platform that would directly connect practice owners seeking to hire with associate dentists in search of the right job opportunity. Through all of his ventures, Dr. Goodman’s passion remains the same: educating, empowering, and ensuring that no dentist feels alone in their journey.
