Meet the Dentist Job Connect Team

Have you ever wondered how we take a dental practice owner looking for help, a dentist eager for an awesome job, and create a match to last the ages? All of our Dentist Job Connect team members shared a little about themselves so that you can get to know them better. Without further ado, allow me to introduce you to our fabulous Dentist Job Connect team! 

Kate Worth is our fantastic Director of Sales. She grew up in Pitman, NJ. An awesome mom, she loves watching her kids play sports, fishing and going to professional sporting events. She loves being on the Dentist Job Connect team because “we push each other and continue to grow month after month. You rarely have the opportunity to help grow a business that was created purely to help others in the profession. It is very rewarding.” 

Up next one of our National Account Managers, Morgan Rake. Morgan grew up in the suburbs outside of Philadelphia with her 2 sisters. Having lots of family members in California, she decided to move there and enjoy the sun! She loves the beach, runs, happy hours in the summer, and hanging with friends. Her upcoming goals are running a half marathon and buying a house! Working at Dentist Job Connect, Morgan enjoys helping connect practice owners with associates which helps relieve some of their stress and unlock more freedom, free time with family & fewer hygiene checks!

Serena Ruggieri is another of our talented National Account Managers! She grew up and still lives in Ardmore, PA with three older siblings. She loves workout classes as well as hikes and walks. She is hoping to learn how to DJ! An OG Dentist Job Connect team member along with Morgan, she has loved the ability to grow with the company. Serena’s favorite part of the job is interacting with fantastic practice owners and job seekers every day! She says, “Hearing that we have helped a practice owner find their dream associate makes my day and makes the job incredibly rewarding!”

Gabby Norris (hey, that's me!) is the Dentist Job Connect Marketing and Social Media Coordinator. When I'm not creating social media content for Dentist Job Connect and helping job seekers navigate our website, I enjoy writing and dancing. I've sincerely enjoyed being a part of this team because, even as a non-dentist, this role helps me grow as a person every single day. Being the newest member of the team, I'm constantly grateful for the guidance and support my teammates have given me. 

Duaa Khan is our project coordinator but also an incredible dentist! She grew up in the capital of Pakistan as an army kid. Her family traveled often for her dad’s work and this fostered a love of traveling in Duaa. A natural homebody, she loves cooking, baking, and spending time with friends and family. Having celebrated nearly 3 years of work at DJC, she says everyone’s voice is valued in the company and that her unique perspective as a dentist helps her to connect with practice owners and job seekers alike. 

Next up is our amazing and irreplaceable Director of Operations,  Amanda Bukoski. She grew up in Central New Jersey with her large Italian family. She enjoys exploring Philly with her 3 year old and husband, baking sourdough bread, and dining at awesome restaurants. A hard working and devoted mom, she strives to take extra time for herself whenever possible. When it comes to Dentist Job Connect, Amanda loves the idea of solving a problem in the dental profession and has enjoyed being able to watch the company grow from the ground up!

We can't forget about our awesome head of marketing, Mary Goodman! Mary, also known as Mrs. Nacho, is co-founder of Dentist Job Connect and the Chief Marketing Director of Dentist Job Connect. A former kindergarten teacher, she brings so much creativity to our company. In her free time, Mary enjoys portrait photography and exploring Philly with her daughters, Paul and their goldendoodle, Tilly.

Drumroll, please. Last, but certainly not least, is the fabulous Dr. Paul Goodman. Dr. Goodman is the CEO and founder of Dentist Job Connect. He is a multi-practice owner and practicing dentist in Central NJ as well as the founder of his community group, Dental Nachos. His passion has always been educating and helping the dental community feel less alone.
