PLUS two bonus questions you MUST ask as an associate dentist embarking on your dental career!  Ask this... 1) How will I be compensated? Is there a daily guarantee? 2) Why is the dental office hiring an associate? If I’m replacing a dental associate can I speak with them about their experience? 3) What procedures will I be doing MOST of the time? 4) How often will I be the ONLY dentist working at the practice? 5) Where is the job location?
