A Weekend Focused on Growth, Alignment, and Community
In April, our team at Dentist Job Connect joined our sister company, Dental Nachos, at their highly anticipated Super Dentist Boost Camp Event, and it delivered on every level.
We were honored to spend the weekend alongside an incredible group of dental professionals, sponsors, and industry leaders who all share a commitment to elevating the profession. From reconnecting with familiar faces to building new relationships, the energy throughout the event was centered on collaboration and forward momentum.
A key theme woven throughout the weekend was the importance of harmony between practice owners, associates, and their teams. Through a series of engaging lectures and open conversations, attendees explored what it really takes to build practices that thrive not just clinically, but culturally.
We also had the chance to connect with fellow sponsors, including Edge and Doctors Disability Specialists, and engage with Boost Campers who brought curiosity, insight, and a genuine desire to grow.
One of the standout moments came on Sunday, when our founder, Dr. Goodman, took the stage to break down the “Ms” that matter most in associate dentist success: money, morale, mentorship, mindset, and making a difference. His framework sparked meaningful reflection on how dentists can evaluate opportunities and build careers that are both successful and fulfilling.
What made this event especially impactful was the level of intention behind every detail. The Dental Nachos team, alongside Dr. Goodman, created an environment where learning felt practical, connections felt authentic, and every attendee walked away with something valuable.
